Hi all,

I downloaded a song in the iTunes Store and downloaded it and now I want to set it as a personal ringtone for my mom. But it doesn’t appear in the ringtone menu as an option (see screenshots). How do I fix this? I already googled and followed all the steps but I don’t know what else to do!
